For many in Vancouver, the Hollywood Theatre is one of them. $2.50 Tuesdays, double features, and evenings that felt like a small ritual in the rhythm of the city. Last Night reflects that memory, capturing both what the theatre once was and what it continues to be today.

This small print series also includes two works that explore quieter, more reflective moments.
 

Say What You Will considers the contrast between meaningful, shared artistic experiences and the constant flow of digital expression. While a well-crafted theatrical experience can leave us inspired, the noise of everyday digital life can feel overwhelming. This piece serves as both a celebration of artistic expression and a gentle reminder to engage thoughtfully with the world around us.
 

Just Past Midnight depicts one of Vancouver’s most iconic and architecturally memorable buildings, the Hotel Europe. Often referred to as the city’s version of New York’s Flatiron Building, it carries a sense of nostalgic mythology, hinting at the many lives and stories held within its walls.
 

Together, these three works speak to memory, atmosphere, and the in-between moments that often stay with us the longest.

In collaboration with Tricera Imaging, this series of open edition prints has been carefully produced to reflect the depth and character of the original paintings. Each print is created using archival inks on 100% cotton rag paper. All prints measure 20 x 16 inches and are available as an open edition.

April is Cancer Awareness Month in Canada. A portion of proceeds from each print sold will support the BC Cancer Foundation, in honour of David’s wife, Marnie, who is currently undergoing ongoing treatment for breast cancer. It is a cause that is deeply personal to us, and one we are grateful to support through this release.
